Soli’s Terms of Service

This version of my TOS is applied as of December 2nd, 2024 (for the following year 2025-2026)

You are automatically subject to, and responsible for following, my TOS when purchasing, trading, or otherwise interacting with my art and designs.

Restrictions

I will not recreate / redesign designs by other artists unless given express permission. Or at all. I  work off of natural refs as in color schemes, moodboards, themes, and or picture inspo not others art info. The only exception is that it was made by ypu and you only for redesigns.

I will not recreate other artist’s styles art or designs at any time.

• I will not draw explicit or upsetting imagery, such as but not limited to: sexual activity, or self harm.

• I will draw tasteful nudity (humans/humanoid only) for clients that are 18 years of age or older. The difference between light and heavy gore is up to my discretion; a client must thoroughly explain what they want beforehand, so that I am able to make a judgement call on my level of comfort.

• I retain the right to cancel a commission with full refund in the event that:

• I feel the commission exceeds my artistic ability.

• The commission makes me uncomfortable.

Times ypu will not get a full refund.

• the client cancles or changes the comission after lining has begun.

• The client acts in ways that feel hostile or degrading.

Tattoos and physical art

• I Allow my Art to be used as a tattoo only after given permission! To obtain permission please dm me and we can talk. Can't wait to see your tattoo!!!

Conduct

• You may not recolor, alter, or otherwise edit my artwork without permission from me.

• My clients receive a WIP for three stages: sketch, line/inks, and color. For each WIP, I give my client the ability to ask for edits that relate to the stage (example: for the color wip, you may ask for color changes, but not changes to the lineart, as you would have already approved it when offered the ink WIP.) Once a stage is approved, there will be an additional cost for making changes to it .

• I provide my clients with reasonable communication timeframes, and expect my clients to do the same for me. Barring exceptions for accidents or circumstances outside your control, clients should respond to WIPs when showed within 96-120 hours (four to five days.) I will provide the same level of communication with my own responses if not quicker.

Payment

• USD ONLY

• Payment must be provided through a paypal invoice. I ask that clients wait to send payment until they have received the invoice or you may send funds through goods and services to my paypal. This will be discussed at time of purchase.

• When a client wins a design auction or paid raffle, payment is required within 24 hours of announcement unless discussed through private conversation. Failure to pay on time will result in the design going to the next client in line.

• I retain the right to prioritize clients who have paid. Until you have paid for your commission, you will remain in the art queue.

Selling designs

• You may not sell a design for more than you purchased it at. Exceptions will be made for additional artwork:

• Your own artwork. To protect my art and my clients from art flipping, you must keep tract of art value on your character. Commissioned  art must also be listed on pictures of photos like toyhou.se or where the character is kept so art value is not forgotten!

- In the event you do not have toyhou.se you can either ask me for a code and i will provide one or one of my friends can! That way its easy for you.

-If you do not wish to have toyhou.se you are responsible for keeping track of value

• Commissions. Commissions of the design that you purchased yourself may be added to the value of the design .

• Giftart does not add monetary value to a design and should be listed as -gift.

•all art that you have added to the design of mine you own should have values listed! So when its sold or traded a new owner can keep track of the art

•I request all designs on toyhou.se be credited to me!

* BEFORE YOU SELL *

• You must message me on any platform  to tell me your selling, as well as every piece of art is labeled with the proper price or labeled with gifts or trades . This way i can make sure the new owner gets  a proper value and prevent flipping for outrageous ammounts. ! We can add it up and then your free to list it.

• i do not allow my designs to be used in breeding grids AT ALL (unless you ask me and we decide reaaoning) !  Once and if  that happens you may credit me for inspiration of baby as well as the designer(of the baby)  and the other parent designer.

TRADING DESIGNS

• once you trade a design it can NO LONGER be sold for money!

• When trading my designs, you retain the monetary value you started with.

• you may gain back monetary value if a design you had has come back into your posession. You may only have the value at which you sold it. Even if new art has been added on it will not count for sale. Only the OLD original value at which it was assigned to you!

OR

• you must keep track of your own values as i will not be keeping track. TRADES ARE NOT MONITORED. Your responsibility is to your own character because there will be no money involved!

•If you have added your own art, or commissioned pieces from others you may add that to selling.

☆ Example- if u trade a design and add 20$ of comissioned art and 13$ worth  of your own art you may only sell the character for 33$. Because thats how much you put into the new character. ☆

This will ads to the value of the character but become a new value if the other owner wishes to sell!

example - the price that it had when traded to u was 50$ , it now would be 83$ but you can only sell it for 33$(because of the added art)  this would continue after each sale! The new value would be 33$ if the other person wants to sell it if they don't add anything.

•This rule protects clients from being cheated out of high value designs or losing the high value they’d like to retain.

Failure to abide my TOS may result in restrictions, blacklisting, blocks, and the cancellation of commissions or art at all!
